- 1 cup Wisconsin Mild Cheddar Cheese shredded
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 1/2 lemon juiced
- 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
- Tabasco sauce to taste
- 1/4 tsp worcestershire sauce
- 3 cloves garlic peeled and crushed
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- scallions finely chopped for garnish
- In a mixer, combine cheddar, cream cheese, milk, lemon juice, Dijon mustard and Tabasco sauce.
- Fold in garlic, sea salt, and black peppercorn by hand.
- Garnish with scallions.
