Wisconsin Mild Cheddar Dip for Pretzels

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Wisconsin Mild Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 1/2 lemon juiced
  • 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • Tabasco sauce to taste
  • 1/4 tsp worcestershire sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic peeled and crushed
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • scallions finely chopped for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a mixer, combine cheddar, cream cheese, milk, lemon juice, Dijon mustard and Tabasco sauce.
  2. Fold in garlic, sea salt, and black peppercorn by hand.
  3. Garnish with scallions.
