Pomegranate Champagne Spritzer


Rosemary Simple Syrup:

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 sprigs rosemary


  • 1/4 cup pomegranate juice
  • 1 tbsp rosemary simple syrup
  • Champagne


Simple Syrup:

  1. Add sugar, water, and rosemary to a small saucepan and warm on medium until simmering. 
  2. Let simmer for 2 minutes, then remove from the heat.
  3. After 30 miuntes, remove rosemary sprigs.
  4. Store syrup in sealed container in the refrigerator. 


  1. Add pomegrante juice and simple syrup to a champagne flute. 
  2. Fill the flute with champagne.
  3. Optional: Garnish with pomegranate seeds and rosemary sprigs.
