Homemade Hot Chocolate

  • 1 Dark Chocolate Bar, Chopped
  • 2/3 Cup Whole Milk
  • Pinch Cinnamon, or other spice of choice
  • Sugar to taste


  • Chop chocolate bars into small pieces
  • Transfer chocolate pieces to sauce pan
  • Melt chocolate over low-medium heat, whisking in milk
  • Stir for about 5 minutes, or until well-mixed
  • Whisk in sugar and cinnamon to taste
  • Add more milk if desired
