Substitute any fleshy fish of your choice
- 5-6 Pieces red snapper or other fleshy white fish
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
- 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice About 1/2 Lemons worth
- Salt to taste
- Marinate the fish pieces in the ingredients for marinade for about an hour.
- Preheat your grill on high.
- Grill each of the pieces for about 4-5 minutes on each side.
