Grilled Red Snapper

Substitute any fleshy fish of your choice

Ingredients

  • 5-6 Pieces red snapper or other fleshy white fish
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
  • 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice About 1/2 Lemons worth
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Marinate the fish pieces in the ingredients for marinade for about an hour.
  2. Preheat your grill on high.
  3. Grill each of the pieces for about 4-5 minutes on each side.
