Grilled Kona Mahi Mahi

Ingredients

  • 6, 7 oz mahi mahi fillets
  • Salt and ground pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 cup white miso
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp minced ginger

Instructions

  1. Place fillets in resealable plastic bag. Mix marinade ingredients together and pour into bag, coating fish. Let stand for 2 hours in your refrigerator.
  2. In a mixing bowl, add all ingredients and mix well.
  3. Before grilling, brush miso glaze on Mahi Mahi. Place Mahi Mahi on grill and cook.
