- 10 to 12 seeded jalapeño halves
- 10 to 12 dried apricots
- 1 package smoked duck bacon
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- For each popper, place a tablespoon-size wedge of Brie and 1 dried apricot in the jalapeño half. Wrap with a piece of smoked duck bacon, using skewer or toothpick to secure.
- Place on a wire rack over a sheet pan. Roast about 20 minutes until cheese melts and bacon crisps.
- Poppers could also be grilled if you prefer.
