- 1 graham cracker pie shell
- Fresh peach slices for garnish
- fresh mint sprigs for garnish
- 1 jar peach jam
- 1 large box vanilla instant pudding
- 1 pint heavy whipping cream
- In a bowl combine jam and pudding mix with an electric mixer. Add the cream slowly and continue to beat until the mixture forms stiff peaks.
- Pour mixture into pie shell. Place in refrigerator and chill thoroughly.
- Garnish with fresh peach slices and mint sprigs.
