Fredericksburg Peach Chiffon Pie

  • 1 graham cracker pie shell
  • Fresh peach slices for garnish
  • fresh mint sprigs for garnish
  • 1 jar peach jam
  • 1 large box vanilla instant pudding
  • 1 pint heavy whipping cream


  1. In a bowl combine jam and pudding mix with an electric mixer. Add the cream slowly and continue to beat until the mixture forms stiff peaks.
  2. Pour mixture into pie shell. Place in refrigerator and chill thoroughly.
  3. Garnish with fresh peach slices and mint sprigs.
