Crispy Prosciutto Cups with Goat Cheese & Fig

  • 6 Slices Prosciutto di Parma
  • 3.5 oz. goat cheese, room temperature
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • 3 figs, sliced into quarters
  • 1 tbsp minced chives (optional)


  1. Cut prosciutto slices in half crosswise
  2. Using a mini-muffin pan, press each half slice of prosciutto into the cup of the pan
  3. Bake cups at 400 degrees for 8-10 minutes, until crispy
  4. In the meantime, combine goat cheese with milk in a small bowl until creamy
  5. Let the prosciutto cups cool, then spoon about one tablespoon of the goat cheese mousse into the cups
  6. Top with a fig wedge and minced chives if desired
