Crab Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients

  • 36 large whole mushrooms
  • 1/2 pound crab meat flaked
  • 1 T Parsley finely chopped
  • 1 T pimiento chopped
  • 1/4 teas. dry mustard
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Wash mushrooms well; dry and remove stems with a sharp knife.
  3. Combine crab, parsley, and pimiento. Stir together mayonnaise and dry mustard; gently stir into crab mixture.
  4. Fill each mushroom cap with about 2 T of crab mixture.
  5. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, or until hot.
