- 36 large whole mushrooms
- 1/2 pound crab meat flaked
- 1 T Parsley finely chopped
- 1 T pimiento chopped
- 1/4 teas. dry mustard
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- Salt to taste
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Wash mushrooms well; dry and remove stems with a sharp knife.
- Combine crab, parsley, and pimiento. Stir together mayonnaise and dry mustard; gently stir into crab mixture.
- Fill each mushroom cap with about 2 T of crab mixture.
- Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, or until hot.
