- 1/2 head of Napa Cabbage, thinly sliced
- 1/2 red onions, thinly sliced
- 3 tangelo orange, zest, juice, and supremes
- 2 limes, zest juice, and supremes
- 2 mini cucumbers
- 1/4 cup toasted slivered almonds
- 2 tbsp Citrus Champagne Vinegar
- 2 tbsp honey
- 3 tbsp mayo
- Red pepper flakes to taste
- Salt to taste
Whisk together citrus juice and zest, vinegar, honey, mayo, red pepper, and salt.
In a large bowl add all ingredients and slaw dressing, gently mixed together till combined.
