Caribbean Jerk Chicken Tacos

  • 1 tbs Jamaican jerk seasoning¬†
  • 3 large chicken breasts, pounded to 1/2 inch thickness
  • 2 cups slaw
  • 2 tbs chopped cilantro leaves
  • 8 soft tortillas¬†
  • lime edges

Jerk Sauce

  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise¬†
  • 2 tsp jamaican jerk seasoning


  1. Season both sides of chicken breasts with jerk seasoning
  2. Cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes on each side until cooked through
  3. Slice chicken into strips
  4. Whisk together mayonnaise and 2 tsp jerk seasoning
  5. Build the tacos by placing slaw first, top with chicken slices and drizzle with sauce. Garnish with cilantro and a fresh squeeze of lime
