Apple and Carrot Slaw

  • 1 Pink Lady apple julienne
  • 1 Granny Smith Apple julienne
  • 1 carrot julienne
  • 1/2 cup honey pecans chopped
  • 1/2 cup golden raisins
  • Juice of 1 lemon to taste
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Toss together in a bowl except for the lemon juice and the salt and pepper. Make sure they are mixed together well.
  2. Start with a tsp of the lemon juice and taste.
  3. Add more lemon, salt and pepper, as needed.
  4. Serve cold.
