Tonic water, the classic pairing for gin, has a love/hate reputation. Double Dutch begins by brightening the top of the quinine flavour with pink grapefruit and then they deepen the lower notes with a subtle hint of juniper berry to round out the angularity of quinine and lengthen the finish of the tonic, reducing the bitter after-taste to which many people object.
25ml Vermouth. 25ml Amaro or Aperol. Top with Double Dutch Indian Tonic water. Garnish with rosemary and grapefruit zest
50ml Gin. Top with Double Dutch Indian Tonic water. Garnish with orange slice and mint sprig
