Thanks to the overwhelming support of the community, we have now have reached our goal for volunteers and are no longer able to accept registrations. However, you are more than welcome to attend as a guest and enjoy the food, entertainment and camaraderie!
What do I wear?
All volunteers are asked to wear closed-toe shoes, jeans or dark colored slacks, plain shirts or shirts representing your volunteer organization. High school uniforms are permitted. If you are an H-E-B or Central Market Partner, please wear your store uniform.

At the volunteer/entertainment entrance. Please refer to map for exact location.
What is the location?
In the Centennial Building at Fair Park.

Can I volunteer at both the Fort Worth and Dallas events?
Yes. However, if a Central Market Partner wants to volunteer at only one event, please do so at the one closest to your home store.
Is there an age restriction for volunteers?
There is no age restriction. We ask that parents please keep their children with them at all times.
Do volunteers get a meal?
Yes, all volunteers get a meal at the end of their shift. Organizations will schedule when their members will eat. Individual volunteers can eat when they choose.
Do I have to volunteer for the entire day?
No, there are three different shifts available. But you are welcome to work during the entire event if you wish.
