Seniors, 60 and older, can call from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m., Monday-Friday at 1-833-397-0080.
You may also place an order via www.favordelivery.com/seniors from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., seven days a week.

Placing an order is not a guarantee of product availability. This service sends a Favor Runner to Central Market to shop for you today, and they will stay in touch regarding availability. For your safety, the items will be left at your doorstep. You must pay via credit or debit card, and in addition to the cost of your groceries, you will pay a $10 tip which goes entirely to your Favor Runner. Each order is limited to 25 items.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING COVID-19

We are taking the following measures to maintain this as a convenient service with minimized points of contact.

  • Signatures will no longer be required on pickup orders.
  • Partners will distance themselves from the driver’s side door, or approach from the passenger side whenever possible when checking a valid photo ID.
  • We apologize, but we are temporarily unable to support the use of reusable bags. We hope to offer this option again soon.

  • An option for ‘doorstep drop’ delivery
  • Delivery orders containing alcohol will not require customers to provide a signature. IDs will be scanned or keyed at a safe distance.

If an item in your order is out of stock, we will do our best to substitute it with a similar item close in size and price. If you prefer to not receive a substitution item, please make sure to select “No” in the Substitutions module in your cart.

We offer as much of our assortment online as possible, but some items may only be available in-store. If you can’t find your favorite item on the website, you can request it in the notes section at checkout. Your personal shopper will do everything they can to find the item and add it to your order.

There is a $4.95 Curbside fee for all curbside pickup orders. A 3% Personal Shopper fee applies to all orders.

There is a $9.95 Delivery fee for all delivery orders. A 3% Personal Shopper fee applies to all orders.

Our Partners will do their best to contact you with a suitable product for substitution. If no item is found, we will leave the product off your order.

Forgot something in your order? No problem! You can now add up to 10 items to an order, up to 4 hours before your scheduled Curbside pickup or delivery!  Click Here for more information.

Yes, you can easily reorder individual items or whole orders by navigating to “My Orders” .

When placing your order, we will ask for credit card information. When your order is complete, we will charge the total to your card.

Adjustments to your quoted price will be made for weighted items and substitutions. Your credit card will then be charged once the order is
finalized.

When placing your order, you’ll select a pickup or delivery time (as little as 4 hours ahead) that is convenient for you. We will send you a text message and an email to let you know your order is ready.

Sorry, changing timeslot selection is not possible after the order has been placed.

Thank you for the thought, but we discourage tipping our Central Market Partners.

Delivery:
There is no obligation to tip delivery drivers, but you have the option of providing a tip during online checkout or in person when you receive your order.

It’s easy to create an account using our three‑step process.  You can get started by clicking on “Join” at the top of every page.

  1. Click the “Join” button and enter your personal data like your name, mailing address, email address, and password. 
  2. Next, select your favorite Central Market store.
  3. Then, set your personal preferences and complete your registration. 

Click “Forgot Password” to request a password reminder. Simply enter your email address, and we’ll send it to you.
