Catering Menu

Crowd-please with ease. Groups big or small will love our fresh, Chef-prepared dishes, custom-made in-store just for you. International deli meats and cheeses, scratch-made breads and desserts, appetizers, sides and more! We have everything you need to feed (and please!) a hungry crowd any time of day.

  • What kind of events do you cater?

    We cater all events, big or small, from dinner parties and birthday celebrations to office get-togethers and weddings. We prepare every meal – breakfast, lunch, and dinner – as well as platters of appetizers, cheese and charcuterie, and desserts. Our catering menu is designed to accommodate groups of 10 or more.
  • Do you deliver? Is there a minimum purchase required?

    Yes, we deliver. We request that you place your order for delivery at least 48 hours in advance. While there is no minimum purchase required for delivery, the fees vary depending on your ZIP code.
  • Do you do same-day catering?

    We do have menu options for same-day orders, but we recommend calling your store so they can try to accommodate your needs. It’s always best to give us at least 48 hours notice. Same-day delivery is particularly challenging, but in-store pickup may be an option.
  • What is the catering cancellation policy?

    If your order is canceled after 6pm the day before pick-up, there will be a 50% charge.
  • Do you offer vegetarian and vegan items?

    Our catering menu is seasonal and includes an assortment of vegetarian selections and a few vegan items, such as fruit bowls and vegetable platters (without dressings or dips). With enough notice, our chefs can work with you to create a specialized menu for your guests.
  • Can I order something off the menu?

    Yes. You can include anything from our Chef’s Case in your catering order – or anything we sell in the store, for that matter. Our catering experts are happy to work with you to create a custom menu.
  • Do you provide staff and rentals?

    We can support you with all of your staffing and rental needs. We have great relationships with companies who offer those services, and we will work with you to make sure your needs are met.
  • Do you offer any discounts?

    No, we don’t offer any discounts or price breaks. However, if you have a charity or other nonprofit event you would like us to consider, you can fill out an online community partnership application, available at any of our Central Market stores. Because of the volume of requests we receive, please allow four to six weeks for a reply.
  • Can I order wine and have it delivered with my catering?

    We can help you make beer and wine selections for your event, but our alcohol license only allows for pickup, not delivery.
  • Can I substitute bread on the boxed lunch?

    Yes. Please let us know when you place your order.
  • Do I have to heat the food?

    Depending on your selection, some foods will need to be heated before serving, although most of our food is intended to be served at room temperature. If you would like your dishes hot upon pickup or delivery, please let us know so we can try to accommodate you. Also, we recommend keeping the food refrigerated until one hour prior to your event if you aren’t going to serve it right away.
  • I only need a meal for a few. What do you recommend?

    Central Market catering is designed for groups of 10 or more guests. If you need a meal for fewer people, we suggest coming to the store to explore our Chef Prepared and Bakery departments. Our chefs prepare hundreds of dishes and desserts daily, and you can sample anything you like.
