The inside of Jackfruit is VERY sticky. To keep clean, wear disposable gloves and spray them — and your serrated knife — with oil.

Cut Jackfruit in half.
Cut the halves in half, creating quarters.
Cut out the core from each piece and pop out the seeds. The seeds can later be roasted.
All remaining interior is edible. Push peel from behind as if turning the fruit inside out to separate the sections. Pull out sections.
