So curbside is going to open tomorrow and we figured you might just have some questions about exactly you get curry in a hurry or how you mange to get more parsley and sage, when you don’t have enough…thyme.

How does Curbside work?
When you place a grocery order via centralmarket.com, you’ll select a pick-up location (for right now Curbside is only open in Fort Worth and soon to be available in Houston on 3/21/18) and time. Simply arrive at the store at your chosen time, pull into a designated Curbside parking space, and a Curbside Partner will greet you. Then we’ll bring out your groceries and load them for you. You never have to get out of the car!

How much does it cost?
The cost to reserve your pick up time is $4.95, and a 3% personal shopping fee is applied to all orders.

Where is Curbside available?
Click “Select a Store” at the top of the page, and look for stores with the orange Curbside logo.

What are the Curbside hours of operation?
Curbside pick-up is available 8 am-9 pm.

Are all store items available for purchase through Curbside?
We offer as much of our assortment online as possible, but some items may only be available in-store.

What if a product I have selected is out of stock?
Our Partners will do their best to contact you with a suitable product for substitution.  If no item is found, we will leave the product off your order.

How do I pay for my order?
When placing your order, we will ask for credit card information. When your order is complete, we will charge the total to your card.

When is my credit card charged?
Adjustments to your quoted price will be made for weighted items and substitutions. Your credit card will then be charged once the order is finalized.

How will I know my order is ready to be picked up?
When placing your order, you’ll select a pick-up time (as little as 4 hours ahead) that is convenient for you, and we’ll have your order ready at that time. Additionally, we will send you a text message and an email to let you know your order is ready for pick-up.

Can I make changes to my order after I’ve placed it?
Changes cannot be made once your order is placed. If you have a problem with an order, please call your store for help.

Can I change the pickup location after my order has been placed?
Changes cannot be made to the pickup location after your order is placed.

How do I cancel an order?
If you have a problem with your order, please call your store for help.

What if I am running late to pick up my order?
We request that you pick your order up at your reserved time, but if you are having a problem, please call your store for help.

Can I return items purchased through Curbside?
Products can be returned in-store to any Central Market store at the information desk.

Where do I find my receipt?
We will email your receipt after you pick up your order.

May I tip the Central Market Partner who loads my order into my car?
We discourage tipping of Partners helping with Curbside orders.
