Thursday, April 28 from 6:30 p.m. – 9 p.m.
These two pyromaniacs, who are on a mission to get you to grill anything and everything, are here to teach you how to build maximum flavor into your food. Pick up tips on brines, rubs, pastes, marinades, sauces, and more as they discuss cooking methods, meat cuts, timing, and grilling temperatures. Menu includes: Buffalo Rib-Eye Steak with Wild Mushroom Butter, Mixed Grilled Beets with Orange Hazelnut Gremolata, Grilled Rosemary Cornsticks, and Grilled Glazed Doughnuts with Chocolate Espresso Dunk.

Saturday, April 30 from 6:30 p.m. – 9 p.m.
This hands-on class is all about the skewer, and the grill, of course! Learn to make: Grilled Cheese, Grilled Lamb Kebabs, Beef Satay, Couscous with Grilled Spring Vegetables, and Grilled Fruit with Yogurt Dipping Sauce.
