Lemon Anchovy Butter

Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoon unsalted butter room temperature
  • 1 tablespoon anchovy Paste
  • 2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine the butter, anchovy paste, lemon juice, parsley, and salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Use the flavored butter to top hot fish.
