Ginger-Scallion Butter

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 4 scallions thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice freshly squeezed

Instructions

  1. Place ingredients in blender or food processor. Process just long enough to blend ingredients.
  2. Roll butter into a log. Wrap in plastic and chill or freeze for later use.
