Citrus Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • 6 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 teaspoon Meyer lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 3 tablespoon orange juice freshly squeezed
  • 2 tablespoon champagne vinegar
  • 1 shallot small, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest grated
  • 1/2 teaspoon orange zest grated
  • 1/4 teaspoon Sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground

Instructions

  1. Combine the ingredients in a bowl and whisk until blended.
  2. Keep chilled until ready to serve. Makes about 1 cup.
