Bakery Bites

CM Bakers roll hot, fresh buns out of the ovens all day long. As a clock in our Southlake store reads, “Our ovens never sleep!

A favorite is the fluffy Pain au Lait. Handcrafting with real milk and cutting in butter give it a lighter-than-air texture.  Perfect for grilled Cowboy Burgers or lamb patties crowned with a mix of shredded cheeses. Or try Pain au Lait topped with a pan-seared fresh trout fillet, Rémoulade and arugula.

CM’s Potato buns are made with fresh-baked Russet potatoes and are a nice twist for serving up grilled sausages.

Whole wheat, plain white, or sesame seed-topped buns are also baked and packaged for easy partnering with your grilled goodies. Or consider swapping in a fresh bun for standard sandwich bread in picnic and packed lunches.

Custom Congratulations on Graduation Cakes

 Exams have ended, the tests are taken, and diplomas are ready for display: caps off to the graduates!
