SausageWe have over 60 recipes for our Central Market signature sausages and we feature them on a rotating basis, with about 30 varieties available each day. To create our signature sausage, we start with our high-quality meats (beef, chicken, pork, turkey, lamb or veal) and then we get adventurous, combining fresh vegetables, fruits, cheese and spices to come up with savory creations that you won't find anywhere else!
Marinated Meats
We use a vacuum tumbler to marinate all of our marinated beef, pork and chicken. The vacuum causes the product to absorb more marinade, which makes the meat juicier and more tender. Our marinated meats are fabulous time savers. You don't have to prep the meat ahead of time - just take it home from the store and toss it on the grill or into the oven.
Our meat cutters will gladly cut or trim any cut of meat to your specifications. There are many specialty meats that we are happy to order for you.
